These terms apply to your use of currydeals.com.au, operated by CurryDeals. By using the site you agree to them. Restaurant owners listing on CurryDeals also agree to our Merchant terms.

1. What CurryDeals is

CurryDeals is a directory of restaurant deals. Deals are supplied by restaurants, by our team from public sources, and by our community. We are not the seller: any purchase is between you and the restaurant.

2. Deals are not guaranteed

We work hard to keep deals accurate (we show when each deal was last verified and remove deals reported as not working), but restaurants can change or end offers at any time, and deals may have conditions. Always confirm with the restaurant before ordering. Dietary tags (such as halal, vegetarian, vegan, Jain or gluten-free) are provided by restaurants or users. Check directly with the restaurant if you have allergies or strict dietary requirements.

3. Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account.

4. Reviews, tips and other content you post

• Post only honest, first-hand experiences. No fake reviews, reviews of your own business or competitors, or paid reviews.
• No offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or unlawful content, spam, or other people's personal information.
• You keep ownership of your content but give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, edit for length or formatting, and distribute it in connection with CurryDeals.
• We moderate content and may decline, edit or remove it at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape or copy the site in bulk, interfere with its operation, abuse deal codes (for example by sharing unique codes or claiming them repeatedly), or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, the site is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from a restaurant's failure to honour a deal or from your reliance on deal information.

7. Third-party links

We link to restaurant websites, maps and social media. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
